1Payments & Refunds

No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By purchasing any subscription plan or service from SkillzInDemand, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to: partial month usage, dissatisfaction with the service, account cancellation, or unused features. All payments are non-refundable and there are no exceptions to this policy.

5Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SkillzInDemand cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
6Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current billing period.
7Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
